The office blends minimalism, identity, and sustainability.

Design Approach: Simplicity with Depth

The office layout embraces a minimalist approach with an open, well-structured plan ensuring efficiency and fluidity. Custom graphic elements reflect INC Research’s corporate identity, while the raw concrete coffer slabs of Nida Kule combined with a grid of square strip lighting add depth and rhythm. As in all Avcı Architects’ projects, local and natural materials emphasize a sustainable design philosophy.

A refined, minimalist workspace that balances corporate identity, materiality, and spatial efficiency.
