Conference Centre and Luxury Hotel

Avcı Architects has completed the pre-concept design for a new hotel and conference centre in Benin. In the context of the project, the International Conference Centre is being refurbished and expanded to create a quality setting for presidential individual or group meetings. The hotel also operates throughout the year as a resort with views of the ocean and is surrounded by a golf course. The new hotel will have 200 keys including three presidential suites and will accommodate a large banquet hall, meeting rooms, restaurants and bars, a cinema, a casino and the SO Lounge club.
