Ursula theatre design exhibited in the Tamtam Street Gallery in Ljubljana

Sanja Jurca Avci’s theatre designs for Ursula (H.Barker, Slovene National theatre, 2002) were exhibited in July in the TamTam Street Gallery in Ljubljana. The exhibition showed three large scale reproductions of original collages and inserted small photos of the same scenes.

Exhibition was a parallel event to the first large retrospective of Slovene theatre design in the Slovene National Gallery in Ljubljana, now being transferred to the Maribor Art Gallery. In this exhibition Sanja Jurca Avci provided the only interactive exhibit showing computer modelling for her designs for The Serfs and Mercadet as well as original collages for Ursula.
