AR House
AR House reimagines an inherited structure in Jeddah’s Sultan Mosque district into a refined multigenerational residence. Designed around privacy, light, and layered family life, the home blends tradition, resilience, and quiet contemporary elegance.

A Community Rooted in Dignity.
An Architectural Dialogue Across Time
Located in one of Jeddah’s most historic and sought-after districts, AR House is not a new building — it is a new story, written over an existing frame. Designed as the future home of a prominent Saudi family, the project is rooted in two key ideas: architectural renewal and family continuity. The site consists of two connected villas, designed to host multiple generations, visiting guests, service staff, and communal rituals. The design challenge: retain the structural core, yet create an entirely new spatial and aesthetic identity.

The AR House unites two villas into a harmonious ecosystem, balancing private family life with generous spaces for hospitality and community
A House as a Micro-City
The AR House is conceived as a self-contained ecosystem where private and social functions intertwine. Villa 1 serves as the main family home, with suites, guest rooms, and functional spaces across multiple levels, while Villa 2 acts as a reception and social wing with a rooftop clubhouse overlooking the Sultan Mosque and Corniche. Together, the two villas form a dialogue of privacy, family life, and hospitality.
