Located in Küçükyalı Industrial Zone, this renovation project brings together production, laboratories, and office functions under one roof for the global fragrance brand MANE. The architectural strategy was to preserve the building’s structural shell while reimagining the interior for optimal workflow, hygiene, and daylight—uniting the company’s sensory-driven identity with technical precision.

Vertical Integration of Scent, Science, and Space
The building follows a hierarchical section: basement and ground floors are allocated to liquid and powder production, while mezzanine and upper levels host R&D labs, offices, and a fragrance experience suite under a skylit roof. Strategic daylighting, visual continuity, and efficient zoning create a seamless experience—transforming an industrial shell into a refined space of creation and innovation.
