Each villa offers not only comfort, but also a sense of place — rooted in the local landscape and culture, and in harmony with the wider urban vision of inclusivity and environmental care.

Living with Dignity: Reimagining Presidential Hospitality

Set within the verdant topography of one of the region’s highest natural elevations, the Confidential Villa Project is conceived as a private diplomatic sanctuary — homes for heads of state, designed with elegance, discretion, and architectural coherence. The residences serve as temporary accommodations during international summits and ceremonial gatherings hosted at nearby landmark venues.

The villa clusters are connected by internal roads and walking paths, allowing both sovereignty and synergy across the site.

Topographic Dialogue: Architecture Grown from Terrain

Rather than imposing a standard typology, the villa design responds directly to the terrain’s natural contours. This landscape-led approach achieves: Minimized earthwork and disruption of the existing green structure , Visual privacy through orientation, elevation, and layered greenery, A gentle rhythm of built and unbuilt — architecture in quiet conversation with land.

A welcome woven with stone, timber, and light.

Retreats of Respect — Where Privacy Meets Elegance

While the architectural language is consistent, each unit is subtly unique, echoing a sense of diplomatic individuality within collective order.

Program Structure: Designing for Flexibility and Function

The villas are designed from the inside out — prioritizing comfort, atmosphere, and sequence.

Interior Experience: Silence as Spatial Luxury

Interior materials are chosen for their textural calm, their ability to absorb light, and their connection to regional craft traditions: Warm timber flooring and ceiling details, Sand-colored stone and clay-based finishes , Handmade woven textiles and decorative elements , Filtered natural light through carved screens and deep verandas. These are not palaces, but homes — homes for leaders. They speak not of domination, but of humane design.

Moments from within: a visual stroll through light, texture, and stillness across the hotel’s wellness landscapes.
