A seamless integration of architecture and landscape, where modern design meets the tranquility of nature.

Design Approach

The architectural strategy emphasizes openness, comfort, and environmental responsiveness through: Layered Massing: A stepped composition that merges with the landscape, creating shaded outdoor terraces and green roofs. Climatic Sensitivity: Natural ventilation, double-skin façades, and passive cooling strategies integrated seamlessly into the design.

A coastal retreat where contemporary architecture harmonizes with the landscape of the Aegean.

Expansive terraces and a poolside deck seamlessly connect indoor living with the natural landscape, offering a refined yet relaxed coastal lifestyle.

A Refined Balance of Nature and Comfort

Through a synthesis of ecological strategies, refined materiality, and spatial clarity, Yalıkavak Residence is more than a holiday villa: it is a contemporary sanctuary. Embracing its site and climate, the design merges indoor and outdoor living, offering a coastal experience that is both luxurious and deeply rooted in place.
