Palazzo Dorottya Residential

AVCI ARCHITECTS’s full-scale overhaul of the Palazzo Dorottya, a historic palace in Budapest’s urban center, breathed new life and style into this venerable city landmark. Our design restored the building’s traditional exterior façade, installed high-end retail and amenities at street level, and created a series of modern apartments on upper levels of the building.

The re-designed inner courtyard reflects this modern insertion, effecting a series of façade and fenestration layers which respond to the layout and form of the apartments.
