A CLAUSTROPHOBIC SPACE OPENS UP

The production was concentrating on the claustrophobic social conventions of the 19th century. The design accentuated these by a dark wall that pushed the action right in front of the audience. The wall unexpectedly opened wide when the main character momentarily breaks the conventions only to destroy the possibility of existing within them ever since.
