RIMSKI VRELEC SPA HOTEL CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES RAPIDLY!
At Avcı Architects, we are proud to see our Rimski Vrelec Spa Hotel project in Slovenia taking shape, guided by a design approach that places sustainability at its core.
This project is envisioned as a health and nature-focused retreat, aiming to minimize environmental impact while delivering a timeless and immersive experience for its guests. From the outset, we prioritized harmony with the natural surroundings, the use of local materials, and a low carbon footprint. As part of this vision, the primary structure of the hotel is being built using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) technology. CLT not only provides a strong and efficient building solution but also lends the project a warm and natural aesthetic.
The goal for the hotel is to create a space where wellness, nature, and design coexist seamlessly. Spa facilities, Kneipp therapy pools, and glamping units are key features supporting this unique guest experience.
On-Site Progress
The main structure has now largely been completed, with CLT panel installation progressing quickly and efficiently. Roofing and façade cladding are nearing completion, while interior works have commenced, including the first visible details of the timber finishes and spa areas.
We are targeting March 2026 for completion and are proud to bring to life a project that embodies sustainable and human-centered architectural values.
